The Banquet Specialty Shoppe, Inc. is a one-stop event specialist store, which was established since 1991 and officially incorporated in 1994. The company spearheaded by Anton and Bing Pascual has since developed and trained pool of coordinators. To date, the company has in its roster a minimum of 50 well-versed and highly skilled coordinators.

It is basically involved in events planning, coordination and contracting different kinds of socials and corporate functions, conventions, tours, product launchings, weddings, debuts and concerts. The company offers a wide array of services from events coordination, printing of corporate and social invitations, posters, banners and other media materials, digital photography and videography, physical arrangement for the venue and including stage designs, food and beverage arrangements, and over all planning, concept, entertainment and production.

Another very important service that the company offers are Wedding reception packages that can be readily made available to the clients. A wide variety of venues can be chosen from the first class hotels in Manila like Manila Hotel, Hotel Sofitel Philippine Plaza (formerly Westin Philippine Plaza) Crowne Plaza, Hyatt Regency, Holiday Inn Galleria, Tagaytay Highlands, Shangrila group of Hotels, Club Filipino, Wack Wack Golf and Country Club and much more.

To date, the company has done hundreds of successful Weddings and corporate events such as the inauguration of the new plant of Tri-wall (a division of Mega Commercial Corporation) 1998, launching of Mondragon Fashion Express, Inc. 1997, various events of British School Manila 2001 - present, Inauguration of CE Casecnan, Inc. in Nueva Ecija 2001, Bridal fairs in Bayview Hotel and Manila Hotel 2001 - present (participated by more than 70 exhibitors and attended by hundreds of soon to wed couples), Book Launching of Sen. Raul Roco held at Heritage Library and annual Recreational event and Christmas Party of Manila Citiclub, Citibank (2003 - present with a minimum of 3000 participants), 2006 CBS-ASIA "Breakthrough thru Excellence" Citibank SMT Planning Session held in Tagaytay Highlands, Marlboro Red Racing Team, Ateneo de Manila and Miriam College Proms, Citibank Credit Elite Tour 2008 (an Asia Pacific Event of Citibank at Shangri-la Mactan, Cebu & Bohol) last April 16-20 2008, Citi-Mini Olympics and Family Day 2009, M-TECH Products Philippines Checkpoint Security Systems, and various event requirements of DENR and U.S. Commercial Service, just to name a few.

The company has also been chosen as major supplier contractor of event requirements for the delegates of APEC conventions, CALENERGY, INC., Manila Hotel, Hyatt Regency Manila, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Century Park Sheraton Hotel, Annabels Restaurant and CENTENNIAL Celebration of Philippine Navy in 1988, Delegates of Philippine Centennial Celebration, ADB convention, delegates of Inauguration of President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo held in Cebu. Sea Games held in the Philippines 2005 and the recently concluded South East Asia Defense Ministers Meeting last July 2007.

At an average, the company orchestrates 7-9 functions a month (socials and corporate) and 15-20 events on peak months during December to January. With a minimum guest requirement of 150 pax to a maximum of 6000 pax per event.
